May came and went so quickly!  It was a full and busy month, and we loved it!

The youth group went camping at Daingerfield for a weekend.  We had a BLAST.  This is such a great group of kids, and I'm so thankful Eli has these dear friends and that I can be involved with this group too.  What a joy!

We celebrated Eli's birthday over the course of a weekend.  We started with dinner at Mariano's.

FOURTEEN!

He opened a few gifts early, since he wanted them for his party.  This is an airsoft gun that he was really hoping for.

Many cakes and candles and birthday songs over the course of the weekend!

For his party, Eli invited his friends from youth group to come play airsoft in the woods behind our house.  They look scary in this picture, but they are the sweetest kids in the world!  :)

After they played airsoft for a long time, they ate pizza and cupcakes and then hopped in the freezing cold pool.  It was a great party!

We celebrated with the whole family that evening.

Mother's Day treats!  Eric and Eli made the day so special.

Eli taped "M-O-T-H-E-R-S" over the birthday banner.  :)  I loved that.

Final birthday celebration...  Eli's birthday fell on Monday, so he went to school as usual, and for dinner I made crab cakes and roasted potatoes- his favorite!  We watched "Survivor" together and had a great evening.

To celebrate the beginning of summer, Kelly and I took the boys to Epic Waters (an indoor water park) for the day.  

Lots of fishing, as always!
